5-Year Workmanship Warranty

We've built our business on reputation, and we stake our reputation on the quality of our work. That's why we are proud to offer a 5-year warranty on our workmanship. If you have a problem with your roof that's related to our workmanship, we'll come back out and take care of it immediately-at no extra charge to you.

What's Considered a Workmanship Issue?

We cover any defect that's not a result of a defective shingle or of damage caused by debris or excessive winds, such as winds in a hurricane. In the case of defective shingles, our preferred shingle manufacturers provide their own warranties. In the case of storm damage, we will surely be working with your homeowner's insurance provider.

Is the Warranty Transferable to a New Owner?

Yes. Should you sell your property before the expiration of the 5-year warranty, let the buyer know that the workmanship on their roof is guaranteed by R West Roofing.
