When do I pay for my new roof?

We don't consider our job done until you're satisfied. That's we why we ask for NO MONEY down, and we don't require payment until your roof has passed a city or county roof inspection.

Who will be working on my roof?

We do not use subcontractors, so every roofer who works on your roof is a trained and trusted member of the R West Roofing team.

Is R West Roofing Licensed, Bonded, and Insured?

Absolutely. Our Florida state license number is CCC-1327479 and we carry over $1,000,000 in insurance.

Who pulls the permits?

We do. If a contractor asks you to pull the permits for the work, that's a red flag. The licensed contractor should always pull the permits.

How long will the work take?

We believe that replacing the roof on a typical residential home should take no more than 2 business days (weather permitting) and should cause a minimal disruption to your life.

How much will a new roof cost?

Prices vary depending on the pitch of your roof, the square footage, and the type of shingles you choose. When you request an estimate, we'll provide you with a written quote within 24 hours, and we'll be happy to meet with you face to face to answer any questions you might have about your roof.
